Objective: The purpose of this review paper is to offer a thorough overview of the existing landscape and prospective future advances in the integration of AI in medical and clinical sciences. Methodology: Various databases were searched to find the relevant information. Results: The application of AI in diagnostics, personalized medicine, drug research, patient care, and healthcare management is extensively covered in this review article. It critically analyses the advantages, disadvantages, and ethical concerns associated with the integration of AI in these many fields, as well as the next prospects and challenges.
